1. Services

We provide carpet, upholstery, and related cleaning services in Metro Detroit and surrounding areas.

Results may vary depending on the condition of carpet, upholstery, stains, or odors. Some stains and wear may be permanent.

2. Pricing & Payments

Prices are based on room size, condition, and service requested. Additional charges may apply for oversized rooms, multiple hallways, or special treatments.

All services include free deodorizer.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements are made. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or other approved payment methods.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

If we arrive and cannot perform the service due to access issues, unsafe conditions, or customer-related reasons, a trip fee may apply.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to provide excellent service. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address your concern.

We do not guarantee complete stain or odor removal, as some conditions may be permanent.

5. Liability

Customers are responsible for moving fragile or valuable items before our arrival.

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions such as loose seams, weak carpet backing, discoloration, or damage caused by improper installation.

While we take great care, we are not liable for issues related to normal wear, fragile materials, or furniture movement requested by the customer.

6. Access & Safety

Customers must provide safe access to the property, including access to water and electricity.

Our technicians may refuse service if conditions are unsafe (e.g., aggressive pets or hazardous environments).
