- Water at the carpet near 190 degrees. Our truck-mounted units are modified to run hotter than standard, with high-heat solution lines rated to 4,000 PSI. Hotter water breaks down grease and body oils that lukewarm water leaves behind.
- A degreaser and enzyme blend made for mixed soil. Traffic lanes carry grease, dirt and organic soil together, so we mix our cleaning solution to attack all three at once.
- No soapy residue left behind. We rinse as we clean to bring the carpet back to a neutral pH. Residue is what makes carpet get dirty again fast, so leaving none behind keeps your floors looking clean longer.
- Strong suction from start to finish. We use custom aluminum screens that don’t rust or clog, so extraction stays powerful on large areas and carpet dries faster.
