Welcome to Goodson Steemer Carpet Cleaning. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Services

  • We provide carpet, upholstery, and related cleaning services in Metro Detroit and surrounding areas.
  • Results may vary depending on the condition of carpet, upholstery, stains, or odors. Some stains and wear may be permanent.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are based on room size, condition, and service requested. Additional charges may apply for oversized rooms, multiple hallways, or special treatments.
  • All prices include free deodorizer.
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements are made. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or approved payment methods.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
  • If we arrive and cannot perform the service due to access issues, unsafe conditions, or other customer-related reasons, a trip fee may apply.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We aim to provide excellent service. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address your concern.
  • We do not guarantee 100% stain or odor removal, as some conditions are permanent.

5. Liability

  • Customers are responsible for moving fragile or valuable items before our arrival.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions such as loose seams, weak carpet backing, discoloration, or damage from improper installation.
  • While we take great care, we are not liable for issues caused by old carpet wear, fragile fabrics, or furniture movement requested by the customer.

6. Access & Safety

  • Customers must provide safe access to the property, including water and electricity.
  • Our technicians may refuse service if conditions are unsafe (e.g., aggressive pets, hazardous environment).

7. Privacy Policy

  • Customer information (name, address, phone number, email) is used only for scheduling, communication, and service purposes.
  • We do not sell or share personal information.

8. Updates

We may update these Terms & Conditions as needed. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
